Thank you for the wonderful and meaningful trip. It
was great pleasure to have the tour with you. Of
course, thank you so much for the birthday cake.
It's really nice and the design was very beautiful.
Everyone had a fun time there. Also, thanks for the
welcome gift, i deeply appeciate it. Everything was
well organised, especially the arrangement of bus at
the middle of the Catcat village to transport us up
the hotel. ( We are supposed to trek for 2 hours
back, but everyones tired.). Its so thoughtful of
you. In Sapa, we're well taken care of. The Sapa and
Hanoi guide are very helpful and very responsible.
We had a memorable tour trip. I had introduced it to
my friends, as well.

Dear Nguyen Hieu,
Thank you very much for organising our tour
from 6-12 July 2008.
Everything was well organised, and we were
very pleased with your tour guides and all
the transfers to/from the airport & train
station. Indeed we've been well taken care
of.
Just a feedback on the accomodation:- all
the three Hotels that we had stayed are
quite comfortable & the services are also
good.
One special note:- we have a nice suprise
for the lovely dinner on board the river
cruise in Saigon. We enjoyed the evening
with fond memory.
Thank you once again for the great services.
Best Regards,
Marcus

Dear
Mrs Thanh Huong,
My
daughter and I have returned safely to Singapore.I
thank God for making the whole trip so meaningful
and I am very grateful to you,Mai Dung and the
driver for looking into the details to ensure that
we have a safe and great trip in Central Vietnam .
I was
not sure at first if I wanted to go on a trip with
your company, especially after reading about the
floods in
Hue
and Hoian from the newspaper. However,
your willingness to answer all my queries assured me
that I would be in safe hands. I then decided that I
must find out for myself what it would be like going
on a trip with your company.
Although the weather was unfavourable at first and
we missed out on the beauty of Hue , we made the
best of it. Our spirits were not dampened as
we moved about in the rain. We enjoyed the beautiful
scenery of the journey from Danang to Hue in the
luxury of the car driven by an experienced driver.I
wished we had stayed in
Hue
for one more day.
The
trip to My Son was worthwhile as we learnt about the
ancient Champa kingdom. The place is a
photographer's delight as we were able to take many
beautiful pictures. By this time, we had got used to
the rain. When we reached Hoian ,it was cool and
nice. It is such a charming town with a lot of
history. As a Chinese, I learnt about how the early
Chinese migrants made a living in Vietnam . As you
know many Chinese from southern China migrated to
many parts of
Asia,
like
Thailand , Malaysia , Singapore ,
Philippines ,
Cambodia ,
Indonesia ... because of the political
upheaval in
China .
We
tried many different types of food like pho ga, com
ga and bun bo. Mai Dung was very particular about
what we ate and did not encourage us to eat some
food sold on the roadside. He did not want us to get
food poisoning. The food in
Hue
is most delicious but the food in Hoian is too
sweet. The breakfast offered at Asia Hotel was the
best. The spread was so wide. It provides very good
service and I must say the receptionists there are
so beautiful and they speak very good English.
He bought some fruits and snacks for us to try in
Hoian.
We attended mass in a
Catholic church in Hoian. It made me
feel so good to be able to worship with fellow
Vietnamese Catholics, even though I do not
understand the language. It was the feast of the
Immaculate Conception.
In
Hoian, I managed to get two dresses,3 blouses and
one tie made at Bi Bi Silk at No. 13 Phan Chu Trinh
Street . The workmanship is good but the service
provided by the ladies can be improved. I definitely
will recommend this shop to my friends if they are
in Hoian. I read about this shop in a guide book.
We got
along very well with Mai Dung and talked about the
SEA Games(especially football),his family, our
countries and our governments, our education
systems, your company and his experiences as a tour
guide. I liked his sense of humour and his
willingness to answer my many questions. Your
company is very lucky to have a reliable and
knowledgeable guide like him.He is also very proud
of his Vietnamese roots. Thumbs up for his service.
He patiently waited for us when we took some time at
the tailor and when the mass took longer than usual
to finish. It would be good if you and Mai Dung can
have a chance to visit Singapore one day.I would be
happy to meet both of you.I know he is very happy
that
Vietnam is now second in the results
for the SEA Games, and that
Vietnam has entered the semifinals for
football.
This
trip was my third visit to
Vietnam and I think I would like to do
so again in future. I hope I can have the chance to
meet you in
Hanoi one day.
Once
again, thank you for your reliable and efficient
service.
May
God Bless You.
Madam
Lucy Tan
P.S.
This is certainly a very long mail. I will upload
some pictures of our trip in the next mail.

Sent: Wednesday, June 04, 2007 11:36 AM Subject: RE: Vietnam beaches Tour - 11 April 2007 Hi Nam, Thank you for organising our Vietnam holiday. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves immensely. I would like to comment that ALL of our tour guides were FANTASTIC. They made us feel welcomed, were friendly, had great people skills and were always willing to help. I would specially like to comment on our second tour guide Bing, he was wonderful and we really appreciated his enthusiasm to teach us Vietnamese history. He is very knowledgeable and should be commended on his outstanding people skills. We would also like to commend all the drivers for their friendliness and skill in driving in peak hour traffic! :)
We loved all the different places this tour took us on and the hotels were good, especially the one at halong bay (although we were confused why we kept been givem twin rooms as we requested doubles). I would like to say however that we were not happy with the REX hotel as it was very noisy and not as nice as the other hotels. I think when we go back we will be requesting another hotel at Ho Chi Ming city. This tour was definitely a highlight and we are all definitely keen to go back next year so we will definitely be keeping in touch with you. We will also be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you again and we will hopefully be in touch in 2008! Kind regards, Wong h wan --------------------------------------

Attention Manager, My wife and I wish to let you know that we enjoyed our recent Vietnam tour (19/2/06--1/3/06) conducted by your company. There were a few minor glitches along the way but we would like in particular to commend Hien who gave us excellent attention on the Hanoi section of the tour and we felt that he carried out his tour guide duties in a very professional manner. Please pass on our best regards to him and tell him I tried to send him a personal email to say thanks again but for some reason the email did not transmit(maybe a wrong address) We hope to revisit again sometime in the future.
Regards from Val and George Newport.

Hello ! we just returned from VietNam on Saturday, as you know. Thanks very much for all of your arrangements and help. I would like to give you some feedback on your service.
- email response - GREAT ! It was very, very helpful to me to be able to discuss quickly with you by email, so thanks very much ! - visa on arrival - please feedback to the government; this is exactly the kind of action needed to stimulate tourism. If we had to get the visa from the embassy or consulate, we would have chosen a different destination. I also see that they are now issuing on arrival visas to Japanese, so that is a good step !!! - tour guides - we greatly enjoyed travelling with Miss Nhu !!! She had a good knowledge about the tombs and pagoda. She also explained about a lot of Vietnamese culture, history and background. She has a very pleasant personality and she always went the extra step to make sure our everything was satisfactory; several times she checked the menu in advance to make sure we were not eating the same foods for every meal. This is the kind of enthusiasm, anticipation and service that will serve her well in the future. Please feel free to send these comments to her, as well as my email address; she still has one question she needs to answer for us !!! Thanks. Also, Mr. Tuan explained My Son quite well and we appreciated his tour. We also appreciated Miss Van in Hoi An. Although she was not a tour guide, she tried her best to help us given the situation. Mr. Giap was a nice man as well - meal situation - the food was delicious but it was too much !!! I think we should have booked half-board only ..... or maybe most people eat more than we do ? - overall - I have to say that the Hanoi/Halong Bay and Hue pieces were well-handled. Somehow, the communication broke down in Hoi An. Perhaps it is because you do not have strong local support ? In the end, everything worked out okay. We are fairly experienced travellers so the problems were not so big for us. But for others, it might not have been a good situation. So perhaps you might consider giving people the local phone numbers for support.
Thanks again for your help. We really enjoyed visiting VietNam and would like to recommend your agency to any who ask.
Best wishes for the New Year !
