Sleep on the train. Day 1: Laocai - Laochai - Tavan ( B,L,D )  Arrive in Laocai. Bus to Sapa, have breakfast. Start to Muong Hoa valley to visit 2 villages of the H’’mong and the Dzay.(Lao chai village and Tavan village) Lunch at a family of the Dzay minority . Dinner and sleep at the village. Day 2: Tavan - Giangtachai - Supan - Sapa ( B,L,D ) Get up early in the morning for fresh atmosphere in the countryside. Breakfast and continue for the next village of the Red Dzao minority (GiangTaChai village). Visit silver waterfall and a nice rattan bridge. Cross the river and go up to the mountain for SuPan village and then take a jeep back to Sapa. Check in hotel. Night in Sapa. Day 3: Sapa - Hanoi ( B,L,D )  Breakfast, visit village of the black H’’mong (Catcat), walk around visiting people in the village and the hydroelectric power station built by the French in the old days. Back town have lunch and check out hotel, free to explore the town until take bus to get to Laocai Station for the night train back to Hanoi.(air-con. berth). The end of the tour when you arrive Hanoi at 5h30 Am the next day..
